Robbery - Don't do it
This insurance company shamelessly robbed my family. Be careful who you trust to support you when you are down, because this company shows no remorse and will continue to beat you down. I had a non-fault accident in 2019 while insured with sonnet. Fastforward 2 years and a different insurer; Sonnet decides to reclaim the settlement money after having taken the written-off car 2 years ago, all while we were still paying our monthly car payments for the written-off car for 2 years. The companied harassed me for the 2 years between, then proceeded to ignored my calls to the adjustor, specifically 2 individuals that I will be naming in a court setting. These individuals both worked on my case, one taking over for another and neither will take responsibility. One in particular said she cannot comment on her coworkers actions. When I did get ahold of my adjustor she was very rude and unprofessional, stating that I only called them back because they took the settlement money from me, that they don't need to talk to me anymore because they got what they needed. When I tell you RUN, I mean it; cheaper is not better. I wasn't even at fault in my accident and they treated me so poorly and made the process so stressful. My family is still recovering from the financial burden they put on us. Sonnet/Adjustor will not and have not returned my calls still.

WASTE OF MONEY
Have a 4 month old puppy and even though we pay for the enhanced coverage for routine visits, this worthless insurance covered one visit for routine shots and that's it. The follow up appointments for the additional shots in the series were not covered. For $120.00 a month, one would expect that more was covered, but instead we've been defrauded. I've written my member of congress asking for government regulation on the pet insurance industry.

I like the quick turn around time when…
I like the quick turn around time when I filed a claim. I disliked the lengthy sign up process to file a claim. I dislike that I had to show proof of payment to the vet. Bivvy never asked for that. They just wanted a copy of the invoice I disliked the time it takes to receive claim reimbursement. Bivvy did it faster and better and easier!

I have been a previous customer
I have been a previous customer, and called to get a quote. This company is the only one that gets billed from the vet. Our vet recommended Trupanion as well. They worked with me to choose the right deductible and plan for our new pet. Prices as very very close to others plans, but you have to pay a bill first and then get reimbursed. So I chose the best company-Trupanion!
