Premium rises every single year exorbitantly
I have had the insurance for several years. It started out at $55 a month and it is now $165 a month over 5 years. It just keeps going up and up. It's really wrong!

Company represented a totaled vehicle as a comparable vehicle. It is obvious that this is done to lower payout for claim made. Case manager has been evasive and avoiding addressing the issue. Claimant has loss use of rental vehicle while this was disputed and had to sign under protest to proceed to obtain replacement vehicle. The VIN # provided was researched and vehicle was previously written off 2 years prior. Awaiting response from management but intend to pursue further as this business practice is unacceptable.
