So easy to make a claim
So easy to make a claim. I have been with Embrace for about 4 years. With 3 dogs, I would never be without pet insurance. They have been easy to deal with and have reimbursed according to their guidelines and my level of coverage.

Claim submission.
Claim submission. I am a veterinarian. My manager submitted a claim for me due to my busy schedule via email. To the embrace claims email along with invoice, & medical records. This was done n 8/8-- 5 days after my pets euthanasia. I still had to submit the claim online. In addition. I am getting requests for patients records to my personal email not my business email. This is AFTER my manager called last week to make sure this doesn't happen again.

I had been experiencing difficulty setting up pet insurance for my kitten as her name had been changed. Josh Sabado listened to my predicament and helped me from beginning to end. Great Representatives
Am new to Embrace. My “baby” is a 9 week old black Scottish Terrier. I named him Elmo after a Scottie that was gifted to me over 40 years ago. I’m pleased with the coverage I’ve selected.
