I cannot recommend Healthy Paws enough. The associate, Dan, who I spoke with when my pet passed was very kind and compassionate, while clearly explaining what I needed to submit, how he would close the policy, and how refunds would be processed. On each occasion when I called, especially when I purchased the policy, my call was promptly answered and every associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. Web site is extremely easy to use.
