My fur baby Chase had to be euthanized September 04, 2024. My claim was processed quickly and I was informed that SPOT canceled Chase's policy and Shelly left me a voicemail offering condolences for my loss, which I greatly appreciate.

Find another company, this one is terrible.
I just cancelled my 2 policies, takes a month or more to be reimbursed even when it's on the wellness plan which has a predetermined payout amount. The customer service people are sweet and great but the claims take forever and you have to keep calling. Save yourself the trouble and pick another company.

Poor frustrating service
We adopted a 5+ yr. puppy mill dog and applied for ins. All records were sent and approved. When submitting claims we got the run around asking for more and more info which our vet sent 3 times and still no response. I called and was on hold for 1 1/2 hrs.! We went with Embrace after a recommendation from our vet (we have had Nationwide for years for other pets and NO PROBLEMS with them). Have we made a mistake? I hope we get better service and the coverage is good.

Joshua S was great - he could tell that I was a little all over the place so he helped me out and explained what was covered, what wasn't covered, and the rates people typically go with. He has a very nice presence over the phone, very calming and happy! Exactly who I want to do business with especially when it comes to my pup. I signed up right after we hung up.
