Double premium on my renew date
I had great experience with embrace in the past. The reimbursement was quick and easy. But I decided to switch embrace to other insurance company after they doubled my premium on my renew date. I haven't submitted any claim for the past 2years. It is unacceptable that they increased this much.

Trying to speak to someone in customer service took almost two Weeks. The hold times are crazy.

Pros and Cons
PRO's: The service provided by the representatives are great. Their communication skills are good and they are very nice. CONS: The policies provided suck. It's not clearly detailed and the coverage is subpar. I feel like I'm paying for a policy that doesn't meet my pet's needs.

I would have given a 5 star but…
I would have given a 5 star but documents kept getting lost and I could not get anyone who could review with me wheat was there and what was still needed to complete the claim from two vet clinics. Finally it was taken care of and was as the policy states so that was very nice.

Wonderful Customer Service
I have been using sonnet for a couple years now and love this insurance company. You can do everything yourself online however unlike other companies where you cannot call them for anything you either have to wait for an email or talk to a robot with sonnet you can still call if needed and speak to a live customer service representative. I had to call regarding some confusion with my payment dates and spoke with Sarnia who was wonderful very thorough knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly what I was expecting before hanging up.

ManyPets has been fantastic…
ManyPets has been fantastic to work with. The claims process is easy and their review is quick. I have had dogs my entire life and this is the first time I have actually insured my pets. I have two dogs insured with ManyPets after searching the many companies out there offering coverage and I don't regret it at all. A value to the piece of mind they provide cannot be messured.
