Submitting a claim takes multiple…

Submitting a claim takes multiple attempts, both with the veterinary and by submitting the claim. I had to continually check in and determine what was happening with the claim to get it resolved and paid. some of the claims are still not completed from 10/22/2024

Price inflation per year. It's too high.

Very reasonable pricing, about two years ago, then every year since it has doubled each year. Not too pleased with the increase every year. There should be limits to how much you can increase per year. I started out paying seventy dollars for two dogs. Now over 250 that is crazy. But very nice company quick payback and easy to communicate with.

Embrace Pet Insurance

Both dogs went for a check-up. Embrace paid both bills quickly (next day). Embrace was a great choice for pet insurance because it puts my mind at ease if/when my pets are sick.

Healthy Paws was a lifesaver. No annual caps was the key.

Our Rocky boy was discovered to have a Thymoma last October. Before that, he had never been to the vet except for yearly checkups. We were completely shocked by this diagnosis which required surgery and then he had complications of pneumonia and we nearly lost him several times. From what I've seen stop reading this review and get your pets on healthy paws right now. They do not have annual caps like many other companies out there so Healthy Paws is a no-brainer. I hope you never place a claim but if you do have to you will be covered and you can focus on your fur baby and not worry about anything else. Rocky is finally home recovering and we are extremely blessed

Healthy Paws

My Millie and I could not have survived the past year without her Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. She's faced some pretty life-threatening issues more than once resulting in the need for repeated emergency hospitalizations, tests, procedures, medications, and on-going therapies and medications. Knowing that she was covered by the Healthy Paws plan allowed us to make sure that Millie received and continues to receive the health care that she needs to survive and thrive. I always recommend that my friends and relatives purchase a pet health insurance policy, and I happily share our Healthy Pets stories.

Unable to update a claim

A claim was denied as a preexisting condition, it was not, there should be an option to communicate regrading a claim and the decision.
