I just purchased Embrace for my 4 month…
I just purchased Embrace for my 4 month old Boxer and so far I'm extremely happy that I did..They've reimbursed for his Wellness on a timely manner..I hope that I don't ever have to use it but just knowing that I have Embrace gives me peace of mind and that's worth the money

I’ve had a policy in place for 5 years…
I’ve had a policy in place for 5 years and have never needed to use it. Premiums went up a bit every year, which I expected. This year the monthly premium (which was already $67) literally doubled, to an amount that I can no longer afford. To keep the same monthly cost, I would need to slash the benefits so much that it would only be useful for an extremely expensive emergency. I guess that’s Embrace’s plan - you keep paying in and they reduce the likelihood they’ll have to pay out.

MetLife Pet Insurance is the Best
Hello, We've had to use MetLife for a few injuries or illnesses for two of our fur-people kids. One had knee surgery that cost several thousand out-of-pocket. MetLife covered the procedure and paid-out in a matter of a few weeks. The online process is straightforward and their Customer Service is superlative. Thank You!

Great Insurance, Great Customer Service
Brittany was very knowledgeable about the questions that I was asking. Explained everything in detail, and always spoke in a kind and courteous manner. She even asked how my fur babies were doing and at the end of the conversation wished me and my fur babies a good day.

Ripoff
Ripoff! I moved from calif to nj and had my rate went up by 70%. Total BS response. California is rated #1 for veterinarian costs. New Jersey is number 4. Age, breed, and sex did not change. No way did the change in zipcode justify a 70% increase.

It's all fraud
I have carried this insurance for over 2 years. Although my policy states allergies are covered, the insurance has not paid out anything. They claim they need more info, which I have sent as well as sent them my vets info. I have called on multiple occasions and the representative has always been kind and ensured me they would "personally be handling my case" I never hear from them again. Now my dog has a pre existing condition so while I can go to another insurance, she will never be covered with anyone else for her allergies. I have poured $1000s to ensure my dogs would be covered and I've gotten nothing but lies and being ignored. I will continue to submit claims and make calls until they pay what is owed. As for my other dog, I am removing her from this policy. I know now that if something happens to her, the ASPCA does not have us covered!

Surprising to see great reviews
Surprising to see great reviews. My vehicle was hit last weekend and the police determined it was 0% fault. 5 days later, after submitting a second claim, my claim was assigned to an adjuster who’s on vacation and my vehicle is still in a lot somewhere up north after the back up adjuster keeps saying it will be in my preferred shop today. I called the towing company and they are even worried the process is unusually taking longer than expected. Good for everyone else here, I guess my luck has ran out and I’m one of the consumers that is extremely disappointed. Response to Sonnet - Aug 19 2024 - Hi, I've called your team twice now and requested for management to address the issue last week, there's still no response. For the rest of the business day, if we don't receive any feedback, we will contact the ombudsman.
