Embrace has your back
Embrace has been there for my two dogs several times already. With the high cost of veterinary care I don’t understand how people can not have pet insurance. It is well worth it to me!

My 2.5 yr old cat was critically ill…
My 2.5 yr old cat was critically ill requiring at first weekend emergency hospitalization followed by a stay in an advanced veterinary ICU where he received excellent high tech care. The bills were so high, but knowing I had this policy gave my cat a chance to possibly get well. I'm grateful to my cat's foster mother who told me to get this Embrace policy, as it saved his life.

I am very impressed with Embrace Pet Insurance.
I was thoroughly told what is pre-existing and not covered with the insurance I purchased. Still I was grateful to learn in time from one customer service representative that exams, shots, testing for urine and fecal that this is the Wellness saving plan that is necessary and separate and charged separately than the insurance policy. Still both policies worth the money for exorbitant veterinary costs for many animal health issues. Thank you Embrace claims representative and customer service people. Sincerely, Kristi Brockman.

My pet was insured by embrace for about 5 years. I am a long time customer of USAA for 55 years which is why I joined. Two years ago I had a problem moving from San Diego to Palm Desert and had to drop his coverage. Last week I called to reinstate his insurance and was turned down due to my dogs age 10 years old and his location, Palm Desert. I was really disappointed. So Healthy Paws stepped in and insured him for $40 less s month than embrace. I called embrace but it would not change its decision. This remains a disappointment.

I would give it 0 stars as a new customer if I could. Everything went wrong it seemed, all due to Embrace glitches. Hopefully I won't forget not canceling within the first 30 days with all the red flags that came up that I should have. No claims yet so I can't speak to that.

I contacted the company regarding a claim
I contacted the company regarding existing conditions and was told that anything treated by the vet in my pet's history would be excluded from future insurance claims. I've now learned that this also included any questions I may have asked my vet that did not require treatment, like a bump that was no big deal, did not receive any care other than the vet looking at it and telling me it was possibly a bug bite, but nothing to worry about....just a question I asked at an annual appointment that my vet, who takes good notes, jotted down. This made me feel like the company was a total scam.

I got Embrace for all 6 of my kiddos
I got Embrace for all 6 of my kiddos (2 dogs, 4 kitties) and Embrace has been so helpful and communicative with my claims! I had to, sadly, euthanize one of my kitties and they sent me a lovely sympathy card and sent sympathy messages with my claims. I can not recommend Embrace enough!
