First Time Experience
This was my first time ever having to file a claim. After spending all night in the vet ER i was exhausted and overwhelmed after spending a great deal of money. This filing process was very easy and gave a moment of peace knowing that I was able to handle something in this experience so easily. Don’t be fooled
Don’t be fooled by the self described “cute” app presentation, using bright colours and emojis to make it seem like they are your friendly next door pet insurance…This is a sneaky, soulless insurance company that will manipulate and squirm out of any claim it possibly can. Delay. Deny. Defend. I wouldn’t be surprised to see that written in big letters on the office whiteboard.

Make sure u sit through and read every single fine print. They make you pay for the insurance up front which is understandable but don't even think about submitting a claim for the first month it will be denied as they claim to have a waiting period before u can even use their services

Just don't bother
Just don't bother. I've tried so many pet insurances and all of them including Embrace find any reason to deny claims. Save up for the eventual medical bills and you will save money. What a waste.
