And then proceeded to take three months just to give me my return that’s not even a full return for $19. The whole experience is Ridiculous And I will be looking for another insurance

WOW!! Great service from Embrace. Everything was efficient, from the website to file Dirk's claims, to the emails keeping us posted on the progress, to the final payment. More insurance companies should function like you all. This was the first medical emergency we've ever had to file with you, and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome.

I had a pretty good experience with Pets Best. The reason for the 4stars is that the claim basic wellness took forever. Also they don't cover dental cleaning with their wellness add ons. Otherwise very friendly staff & vets.

Massive cancellations leaving their long term loyal insureds with senior pets with no coverage for their pre-existing conditions. I’ve been paying $214 a month. Our fur babies are our children and you’re treating them like they’re disposable. Absolutely disgusting! I went with you thinking you were a larger well known carrier with good financial backing and you’d be here For the long haul. You just sent cancellation. Nationwide is NOT on your side and is a joke!

I LOVE Embrance Pet Insurance
I LOVE Embrance Pet Insurance. They are ALWAYS so polite and helpful when I call them, plus when I submit a claim, I get my money back quickly. I would NOT be without Pet Insurance and Embrace covers EVERYTHING (wellness and accidents). I could NOT find any Insurance that provides the coverage Embrace gives...believe me I looked long and hard. Embrace is THE BEST!!!
