Spot pet insurance is worth it!
I have a young Labrador that has had several health issues, and all of them have been covered by Spot. It has truly saved me a lot of money and reduces my stress whenever something comes up that requires a vet visit. Submitting a claim is very easy, they always complete the claim review very quickly, and I always get the money reimbursed to my account within a few days of the claim being completed. I am so glad I decided to start with Spot, it is incredibly worth it and I would highly recommend!

Hip dysplasia not covered.
I signed up for "complete coverage" on April 5, 2024. On June 19, I changed vets. New vet wanted to do X-rays. That's when hip dysplasia was diagnosed. I submitted all paperwork from both vets. After a lengthy process, they rejected x-ray, meds, FHO estimate because of pre-existing condition, even though we were beyond the 14 day waiting period that they advertise and condition was not diagnosed before coverage began. They said it was pre-existing because the SOAP notes had a reference to a "limp" in March, even though the vet told me it was not an issue because my pup had good range of motion in both hips. I would have been much better off putting my $83 in the bank. Needless to say, I feel like they have false advertisements.

My puppies routine exam and a fecal tests were not covered under the wellness program when they state it should be. Now I have to get some sort of document from the vet to say otherwise?

Great Coverage, Easy App
My dog was very sick and required many tests and hospitalization. We spent a lot of money on her care, but the fees did not add stress to the situation because I knew I had Spot insurance. The Spot app was so easy to use and the coverage details were clear. We received 75% reimbursement on our total claim were very grateful to have the coverage!
