Well, what can I say ???. I am so glad I took out Spot Insurance. My fur babies has developed an medical issue. And I have to say. Spot Insurance has been nothing but absolutely great. We have had pet insurance for many years, but changed to Embrace with our new puppy. I must say, the people I talked to and emailed with were very nice and professional. And I feel they paid real well on my first claim.

Would Avoid Using This Company
Been a customer a number of years with multiple policies but they've made it a hassle to be reimbursed for the coverage you've paid for. Denied reimbursement and a hassle to even try to cancel the policies. I would not use them again
