A straight forward claims experience
Submitting our claim was straightforward and processing and approval only took a few days. The Fetch site is easy to navigate and worked without any glitches, but you must have the necessary documentation ready to upload before beginning to submit your claim. It's your responsibility to get the detailed notes, invoices and receipts from your vet before you begin the claims process.
