I took my dog for a vet check-up and was told he was going to need teeth surgery. Upon the surgery he lost eight teeth, and this visit was costly. I filed a claim 2 days after, and the process was easy. After sending all necessary documents (soap report) in a few days I receive a direct deposit in my bank. It was fast, easy and I'm very happy with this company.

She was just delight to talk with. Very knowledgeable answered all my questions. I have never taken insurance for any of my pets but after a friend of mine spent thousands of dollars I thought it might be a good idea for me to check it out. I did price check on various different companies and Fetch was the best price wise and coverage. And if Amanda was in the Philippines' or some other foreign country I may have re thought my decision. But, she was just wonderful and I believe has a great personality and is a credit to your company. Now I hope that everything that has been said comes to fruition.
