I have Pets Best for both of my dogs
I have Pets Best for both of my dogs. I recently got a puppy who turned out to be very ill with a liver shunt and I have had no issues with the insurance paying his bills, and honestly, they are a big reason my puppy is getting better! Thank you!!!!

Shady practices
When a rep can’t answer questions, they just hang up. My claim was initially denied because one of your adjusters changed the reason from a covered accident claim (ingestion of a foreign body) to an illness (gastrointestinal infection) despite the supplies documentation clearly stating the reason for the emergency visit. Shady practices to avoid paying for services that my insurance should cover.

Low stress process during the stressful time
Very easy to submit claims through the app. The review process was fast. I received the reimbursements within a week. Overall, very satisfied with MetLife Pet Insurance and glad I got it for my fur baby. Wished I did not have to use it, but so glad I have it when we needed it for sure!
