Enrollment was easy to navigate
Enrolment process was very user friendly and easy to navigate. The policy documentation answered most of our concerns. We have just signed on with Furkin Insurance so hopefully it will be as easy to make claims if or when we need it. It does give us some comfort knowing Rosie is insured but at the same time hope we won't need it for any serious issues.

I love healthy paws!!
I couldn’t be happier with healthy paws!!! My 3.5 year old dog had a major health emergency that cost thousands. Healthy paws reimbursed me exactly according to my policy quickly (truly within a day or two of submitting a claim) and without any issues. It was such a relief to not worry about cost when I was really worried about my sick pet!

Tail issue
I don’t know how I would have managed if I did not have the insurance. Yes it is not direct billing and it took a few days to get reimbursed but I have no complains. I would recommend their service to everyone.

Horrible Insurance
I have had embrace pet insurance since our dogs were in our care. As of the past year they have went down hill completely. We have had issue with them paying our claims.
they put your claim on hold, then tell you it can't be covered because of something that was in their chart the was a comment or something. if you want wellness that is all they are good for but If something does happen to your pet do not trust them to pay out the bill.
