Overall Good, but need to improve website
Overall they have good coverage for both medical and wellness claims. The main area of improvement is their claim submission process. This is required to be done online, but unfortunately their website malfunctions often. You can submit via email, but can be a longer process.

Ms. Stevens welcomed me and listened attentively to the reasons for my phone call. She responded specifically to my questions and offered helpful suggestions and recommendations. I wish I could remember the lady’s name that helped us over the phone. She was extremely patient and personal in her remarks. Wish we could hire her away!
