I've had Fetch for quite some time, and this was Logan's first claim. Super easy to file the claim..send the vet invoice, soap notes and medical history via my cell phone. They kept me up to date, and processed my claim promptly. Great experience! Thank you Fetch!

Dog insurance is a peace of mind
We have had Pets Best Insurance for Five years on our two silky terriers. We had never used it until now. One of our pups severed his acl and tore his meniscus. I phoned Pets Best to confirm what coverage we have. The woman was kind, professional and knowledgeable. We had the surgery and uploaded the invoices. Extremely simple to file a claim. Within 2-3 weeks our claim was approved. Thank you to all the kind folks at Pets Best and we are on our on the road to recovery. Wouldn’t be without this insurance.
