It says that you accept predisposed…
It says that you accept predisposed conditions. I sent in a copy of the estimate that we got for my dog from the vet. My dog has an ear infection and needs her teeth cleaned but they need to put her under anesthesia to do it. But, you denied the claim. I even picked the better plan and it still got denied.
