Great for the unexpected emergency
In my first time using Trupanion for my cats sudden kidney failure issue I can say that I will be a lifetime user of this insurance. During an extremely stressful process Trupanion made filing a claim as easy as scanning the documentation and spending less than 5 minutes filling out information. The reimbursement wait time was also far faster than I expected.

because I am still not happy with 10 emails in a matter of mins. yes it was explained but it was ridiculous to send that many emails to a person at one time.
