Increase in premium as they like
Unsure how this company keeps getting positive reviews. They increase your premium every year. If your dog is healthy, they will still increase your premium. There should be a reward for getting in early, not increase as you get older. How can I stop my dog from getting older? unbelievable.

Complete Scam
I filed 2 claims with them and both were rejected. Spent 10+ hours on the phone with their customer service and the vet trying to fix the error they made. Finally gave up after a month. Second claim was for a simple blood test and it was declined because they didn't find the vet notes sufficient enough. The form was detailed and filled out completely. They try anything to decline the claim. This is a complete scam.
