I am a new pet owner, so a first time buyer of pet insurance. I am so happy that I chose Fresh Pet. All of my interactions with representatives have been great. Today I spoke with Jenn, and she was so helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and walking me through the process of submitting a claim. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was! I wish all companies had customer service representatives like Jenn. It would make life a lot easier!!!

Terrible policy don't be fooled as…
Terrible policy don't be fooled as other reviews have mentioned. I thought it would be the best pet insurance co because they are connected to USAA. They are not! I have only had my policy one year NO CLAIMS. They raided my monthly payment from $72 to $135. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I could have gone with a different company but I didn't because of the USAA connection. Not sure what to do now that my pet is another year older. Totally deceived .

Lifesaving surgery for my dog
My dog, Maya, needed lifesaving surgery to remove an intestinal mass. I submitted claims to Embrace, and they acted on them very quickly and compassionately. The last thing you need when your pet is in critical condition is to worry about whether or not your insurance company will cover the claim. The response from Embrace was swift and eased my mind.

I'm not happy less then year I been ask them to change my pay period at the end of the month because that when i get pay.they told me they can do that so they say they take my money out 28 every month i say ok .if i didn't check my my bank account realized they took out my money on the 25 nov 2024 i wasn't very happy it seem there are taken advantage of me so i cancel my policy and i went searching for another pet insurance found one that understands me and my money this company allows to my money on the day i get pay that is end of the month and im so happy with this new pet insurance company they listen to my concerns and my money.
