You guys approved my claim same day. I didn’t have any issues. We’ve been having ongoing health issues with my cat and fetch has been great every step of the way. I haven’t had any issues getting our claims approved and this most recent one was so fast that I was reimbursed within the week. I submitted our claim on Tuesday and had money in my account by Thursday morning. I fight my human health insurance more often than our pet insurance! I always say pet insurance is like any insurance, you don’t need it until you do. We’ve spent so much money on vet bills this year and Fetch has definitely made that a little bit easier. Great Insurance
I have had Embrace for over 5 years and have not had a single issue. Claims are easy to submit and are quickly processed. Communication is timely and effective. We have had a number of significant events with our pets over the years and Embrace has covered them all. Knowing that we have good coverage is one less thing to worry about when something unfortunate happens.

Adjusters paid promptly after requested info sent
It was great because the adjusters agreed with the vet's opinion the procedure was medically necessary. It was not so great because they wanted more info before they would pay, and they communicated with the vet for that surgery info. I had to get it from the vet, scan it, and submit to the claim. After that payment was rapid.
