Your customer service reps I’ve spoken with on the phone have always been caring, knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. I went through a scary situation with my dog this year and I was so grateful to be able to get her into an Urgent Care as soon as possible without worry of extra expenses in such a stressful moment. It allowed me to focus on what was most important- taking care of my injured dog. I’ve recommended Spot to several friends as I live in a very dog friendly beach town in San Diego. 2 Cats and So Far, Good Experience
So far (6 months), I have loved working with Pets Best for my two cats. It is a great insurance and I have no complaints currently. Claims don’t take a long time to be processed (at most 2 months for the most difficult claim) and reoccurring claims (like for medicine) are processed within a week.
