I have to admit Trupanion is the only company I've ever used for my cats over what must be somewhere around twenty years (I believe it was recommended by a past veterinarian) so I have no basis for comparison with other companies.
I have to admit Trupanion is the only company I've ever used for my cats over what must be somewhere around twenty years (I believe it was recommended by a past veterinarian), so I have no basis for comparison with other companies. However, my claims have always been settled promptly, the decisions have always been fair ones, and I have never yet spoken with an agent on the phone who was not knowledgeable, friendly, and obviously familiar with the foibles of pets.

Thank you Trupanion!
We didn't have pet insurance for our first pup who ended up very sickly. Decided insurance was a priority for our new sibling sisters who have been blessed with good health. However on those few occasions when insurance is needed, Trupanion is truly amazing at how easy they make it submitting and processing claims along with prompt reimbursement. We totally recommend Trupanion to anyone who asks about pet insurance. Thank you.

Great Client Service

We had Trupanion with our last dog.
We had Trupanion with our last dog. They were very helpful when he was struck by a rattlesnake and when we had to have fatty tumors removed. It was great not to have overwhelming bills at those times.
