Client oriented company!!
I was impressed with the efficiency and promptness with which claims were responded to and handled. Communications were concise and clear. Checks were promptly cut and mailed. Option was presented for faster payment if I allowed the company to do automatic deposits. But the hard copy was sent without any long delay. I was very impressed with how professional and customer oriented the company strives to be and succeeds in being.

We love Trupanion
Quick and friendly customer service. Always an excellent experience. It’s hard when a pet gets ill but Trupanion takes much of the stress away so we can focus on recovering. My dogs are alive because of Trupanion. I recommend it to everyone I know with pets. Thank you!
