Pumpkin is a must for pets
I love the quick response, review and settlement of my claims. Our fur babies deserve the best medical care when needed, however, the upfront cost may deter some people. So having Pumpkin is really helpful and takes the financial burden away for any major medical treatments.

Unable to connect with a human when in…
Unable to connect with a human when in need of claim result consultation. Last two claims were both several hundred dollars and only received $5 and $10 respectively as reimbursements for Sheka and Blue (cats). My wife is Theresa Quinones 408-307-2080 owns the account and I pay the premiums. We very much NEED understandable explanation as to why these claims are resulting in this manner. I am very disturbed with this experience so far and would like to discuss before I submit my experiences to trustpilot, yelp, etc. Please dont force me to execute as I am VERY good at it. My wife deserves a human support to help her understand why you are NOT properly handling our coverage.

Redundant Questions
Why should I have to answer health questions for a 8-week-old ferret that I literally received 5 days ago. I asked her nicely to bypass the health questions & answer no to health issues as the ferret is brand new and does not have a MEDICAL HISTORY YET. It's basic common sense. I answered the questions gladly for my first ferret because I've had him for over 6 months. This ferret I've owned since FRIDAY JULY 3RD AND I HAVE DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE IT.
