Easy to file claim
It is very easy to file a claim and they are very quick to respond. I have submitted claims after paying out of pocket and have been reimbursed without much delay. They are also always available and friendly to help with any questions. I recently had a claim filed by the vet and paid the difference. It was extemely fast!

Claims were processed and paid quickly
Trupanion responded to both the estimates from emergency vet clinic and orthopaedic surgeon for my dog's fractured femur promptly, processed the claims, and paid all within a few days. I'm so relieved that I chose Trupanion years ago.

Healthy Paws saved my little Romy
My little dachshund Romy herniated a disc when running after a squirrel in the yard. She had to have spinal surgery. A very caring and talented VET Neurosurgeon operated on her. Romy has a very good prognosis, she's still with her family, and is having physical therapy to help return her to her former Princess state. Thanks to Healthy Paws for making this all possible for the very grateful Rice family!

The ease of submitting an invoice is easy, that is a plus. The negative part is practically nothing is covered. I would not do this again, if I get another pet.
