Todd called me at my scheduled time
Todd called me at my scheduled time. I wasn’t able to pick up initially. He called me back a bit later to follow up and completed the process of recovering my old account and initiating a new policy quickly and seamlessly. That’s what purchasing insurance is supposed to feel like, stress free! Highly recommend Nationwide and their call support team. You actually get to speak to a real person!

This company would have gotten a 4-star…
This company would have gotten a 4-star rating from me. They have covered most items and are prompt at refunding covered costs. However, I have had to bend over backwards to get them to cover several claims for a condition my dog has had for a while (example: if the vet writes "arthritis" instead of "osteoarthritis", you have to fight tooth and nail). In any case, it is a reassurance to have insurance and they do end up paying. That being said, they are constantly raising rates!!! We will continue with our dogs now that they have been on it for years, but when they pass and we get other dogs, we will likely explore options.

Fabulous interaction and experience
Ken was an amazing person to work with to update insurance for one existing pet and add a new pet. He answered all my questions thoroughly and provided excellent customer service!
