Vet was able direct bill Trupanion which is great, however the monthly premium keeps escalating which is a negative experience

Great experience, recommend!
We got a pre-approved quote for dental work for our puppy and then on the day of the dentist work the actual claim was put through very quickly. So when I went to pay Trupanion had already paid their portion and I paid the rest and didn’t have to wait for a refund. It was great!

The policy has exceeded my expectations.
The policy has exceeded my expectations. The policy actually saved my puppy. We never could have afforded the care he needed for his back, but Trupanion came through. The claims were easy to submit and were promptly paid. Too bad you don't cover people, lol.
