I would give -1 if I could
I would give -1 if I could, they tell you one thing to get you to sign up (4dogs) but when it comes time to JUST add to the co pay, not even pay you for any thing, then everything changes! had a new vet that day (that I swear must work for them) said my 3 year old very healthy boy who twisted his neck, have some sort of Orthopedic disease!!! Even after I spoke to the vet and she CORRECTED the paperwork, they were terrible! I cancelled all of my dogs insurance with them. Again, you posted “Pre existing” yet the vet herself told me she corrected that in a letter to you. So I am still very glad I canceled all 4 of my policies with you!

I am so glad that I got insurance with spot! After my kitten’s first vet bill, I knew there was potential to need insurance for them, but I also needed something affordable.
