Great insurance in bad times
Wonderful insurance most of all caring people that go out of there way to help
When we brought our 8 week old pug puppy to the vet. for routine exam our vet highly recommended trupanion insurance to all his dog owners.
When our young pug turned two years old he developed and illness that required three expensive surgeries.
We were greatly saddened by our companions condition and his surgical needs, but trupanion was excellent. With many many medical bills trupanion was extremely responsive and kind.
I would highly,highly recommend them and it was a pleasure doing business with them during a very very difficult time for us and our pet dog.We are grateful to trupanion.
We really appreciate the good folks at Trupanion. Their customer service is tops, and there staff are always so helpful. We had our dog Rusty insured with them since 2013. Rusty developed a serious medical condition and at 15-1/2 he passed away. There were some expensive medical bills left as a result of his illness. Trupanion paid all the claims that were covered under the policy, without putting us through any unnecessary stress. We highly recommend Trupanion and will use them again.

We have a disabled dog that requires continual veterinary care. He has had several surgeries. We take him to a rehabilitation center twice per week for therapy. He also goes to a vet for acupuncture.
