Buyer Beware - they will charge you coinsurance on meeting your deductible
Coinsurance is the claim amount an insured must pay after meeting deductibles. This company applies your coinsurance to meeting your deductible. Haven't provided me with any detail as to where this calculation is explained in my policy. Wouldn't recommend.

I took my dog to get a physical exam. It was fifty dollars, and Spot wasted no time sending me the rebate. They are always willing to help mw and to walk me through a process that i need help with. I am so glad that I am with them.

Great claims service and processing
I've used healthypaws for my dog, Zeke, and for my last Dog, Donovan. Their rates are competitive, but that's not the only important thing. Sadly, I have had several claims with my dogs. healthypaws has the easiest and most efficient processing and user-friendly platform. I only wish the claims process was as easy when I have my own health issues.
Save the Day
I have had several pets over the years that have been insured by Pets Best. They always have been fair in their financial decisions. I have had several animals with cancer and serious illnesses and Pets Best has always been there for me, even now with my present animals. I trust their decisions and would recommend them to other pet owners, which I have already done in the past. Do your investigations but in the end you will find Pets Best is the BEST.

Spot pet has been wonderful in all aspects! I’m so glad I took the advice to get pet insurance for my puppy and I’m so glad I picked spot pet. My dog has had recent health issues and spot pet has been responsive and prompt in reimbursing me. The app makes it so easy to use!

A must have!
I would always cover my pets with insurance. We have had some emergencies with 5 dogs. I don’t hesitate to get them veterinary care for emergencies and routine care. It’s expensive with 5 dogs being covered but it is peace of mind for this dog mama.
