Frustrating attempting to upload
List of conditions did not allow enough choices for me to choose what the reason was for me bringing her to the vet. Apparently my claim will now take longer due to not seeing a viable alternative on their list.

Nothing has improved since my last…
Nothing has improved since my last review and several communications with the Claim's department. I pay hundreds of dollars a month to insure 5 dogs thru this company. The majority of my claim submissions are put on hold or declined because the employees in their department are too lazy to look thru a whole invoice to find each dog's services. Most places do not give separate invoices for each dog-it is a single print out!

Not Compassionate after Pet Passing
**EDIT: Spot did end up resolving this issue, including full reimbursement and a hand-written letter. It seems like customer support aren't all fully trained on handling end-of-life cases with compassion, while others do.** Although they were fairly quick to payout claims, they charged us for a month of service after our pet was put down *before* our renewal date for our next month. We were originally told that we wouldn't be charged if our pet passed but then were charged without a guarantee for a refund (which we hope to get). We wish that our claims were handled with a bit more compassion as our pet passing was very sudden and unexpected.

Quick turnaround and easy claims process
My sweet Morkie broke her femur. We had an emergency visit and the next day surgery. Fetch claims process was easy and quick, funds weee directly deposited into my acct. everything was seamless and so appreciated as it has been such a stressful situation, especially at Christmas. I was able to concentrate on my pup and not be worried about fighting with insurance. Thank you Fetch!
