Wonderful option for those on a budget!
As someone who has never used pet insurance before, I was a little hesitant to sign up. Now, I’m so glad I did! Their app is easy to use, claims are filed so quickly, and the whole process is seamless. I cannot recommend Spot enough.

Mixed review
Positive: very prompt in payment, paid exactly what they said was covered. Negative: impossible to cancel policy through app. Contacted by email and did not receive response until days after my email. Called a few days before new month was to be billed asking to cancel effective immediately, they drag their feet so that they can charge one more month premium. Weighing the cost against benefits, I felt pet insurance benefits were not worth the premiums. Better to save the money for vet bills yourself.

I had accidental and wellness
I had accidental and wellness. They owed me 250$ back for the wellness for the year and she had a lameness issue. I got nothing !! They told me they didn’t have enough information from the vet . They send over novels of her problems and still nothing !! I canceled it ! I wouldn’t have even gave them one star but had to to write this review!!

Pets Best is an awesome company. I have used other pet insurance companies in the past, and they couldn’t stand up to Pets Best. Great customer service, easy to use online. All around awesome!
