Phone communication lacking reasonable customer service
I called to inquire about wellness coverage/cost for teeth cleaning. I was speaking to someone not knowledgeable about Embrace insurance coverage; it seems like I am talking to call center in Philippine. I was not getting my point across.

I only had the policy for about 1-2 weeks before I had to use it. Unfortunately my dog passed. I submitted a claim for the hospital and after placing a call to check the status my claim was in the final stage of processing. My policy was cancelled and my refund for that only took about 2 days to refund, still waiting for my claim payment to come through.
