Average at best. Rates increase, increase and increase for no good reason. Your typical insurance company, not much different from human healthcare. I am sure there are better ones out there, but I also know from experience there are worse ones.

Rebecca, the sales rep was awesome. She was very kind and listened to all of my concerns. She understood and validated my frustrations with my previous policy dropping the coverage plan for my 4 yeaar old Boaton, that he has had since he was 2 weeks old and listened to my anger about the coverge my old plan tried to get me to enroll in to not have to worry about the pre-exhisting conditions. She helped me navigate their policies and pick out the one that would best suit our needs. She did not immediafely reccommend the top policy, infCact she suggested I look at one step down, but in the end I chose the one with the most coverage. The coverage won't start for a while, and it is a lot different than the one we had before. Also because my pup has had some medical issues before, several things won't be covered with me having to pick up a new plan. I know I will likely be frustrated at the decresed reimbursement compared to my old plan, but I think I picked the best plan for our needs
