Giving 4 stars now just for responding on my first claim ! Submitting my second claim and hopefully I will receive a response soon too although the first one is still being reviewed . I know Roxy has $1000 deductible so not expecting to get paid yet.

I have had my two English Setters…
I have had my two English Setters insured via Pumpkin since 2022. Aside from one period back in 2023 when payment of a claim took several weeks, all other claims were paid within just a few days. A couple within just two days. Additionally Pumpkin has expanded services and coverage each year. They have terrific telephone support which is very rare these days. One of my dogs is on allergy medication permanently and Pumpkin has been great about it. The premium prices have only increased $2 at renewal each year. I am happy with their services. Knock on wood that we don't need their services very often.

So efficient and friendly. I've had Embrace for several of our dogs now and they WILL get into something or do something that'll cost you! Embrace has been so friendly, helpful and professional with any/all claims. I just referred them to a friend this week.
