Signup was easy
Wish the policy declarations were easy to find after being quoted pre purchase and it would be nice to have other coverage options like 80 70 60 % other than that was very good. Haven’t used this product and hope I don’t have to for many years.

While the quote and sign up process was very easy, I am reluctant to give any sort of review based on filling out a form with my name and address. Your reviews should really come from insureds who have needed to use the policy and can give feedback on your claims process during their trying time.

When I've contacted Trupanion by phone they have always been helpful and supportive.
When I've contacted Trupanion by phone, they have always been helpful and supportive. I currently have a cat with cancer and an old dog with arthritis and it is very easy to scan and submit invoices for their care. Trupanion keeps me informed and the reimbursements are so fast that I have never had to worry about paying my veterinary bills.

When I called to find out about my monthly rate Cheryl was very informative.
When I called to find out about my monthly rate Cheryl was very informative. She explained how the monthly rates are calculated.
