Color me impressed
Color me impressed. I got a puppy for the first time and figured he’d get into stuff. He ended up having a seizure and I spent nearly $5000 at the ER. I was skeptical about how much they would pay but Fetch paid it in full. Fully recommended.

Loyalty doesn’t matter any longer. So Sad!
Had to cancel my policy have been a customer since the day I got my French Bulldog at 8 am weeks old. I had done extensive research on pet insurance companies & had Pets Best lined up before I even had my frenchie in my home so I have been devout customer for 3 years and 2 months! Very disappointed that the representative didn’t even try & keep us as customers actually felt like she may have been doing something else as well, it was Friday afternoon. Just felt very insignificant after our loyalty to Pets Best. But finding out loyalty doesn’t really matter anymore. What a shame.
