if I could choose no stars, that's what I would do. When I started my dog's policy back in 2017, I was told I would not be punished for using it but that's exactly what happened when he suffered issues in 2022, my benefits were cut. Now 2 years later, once my dog reached "senior" status, I was offered a renewal at a 45% increase in premium. The security I expected to have until my dog's death was ripped right out from under me, so the next medical issue he has will come as financial decision, not what is best for him. I will NEVER use this company again!!
