Not expected surgery
My dog needed emergency surgery and when I call Embrace, they were so kind and understanding. They just said, submit your claims and they will take care of them. Everyone was so helpful, and we are truly grateful for their assistance and refund. We got our baby back and the generous refund. It really helped!!!

They do not offer 90% per advertising
I have been with Fetch for 5 plus years. all was going well until i had to renew last year. They increased my plan from $450 /year to $850 /year. i was okay with that since i had used their services the year before. But this year they increased the deductible from $300 to $1000 and only 50% reimbursement for $450. per year. I asked to keep my old plan and that was not an option for me. They were not willing to customize the plan or bend on any request. I either accepted the new plan or term the insurance coverage which i did and was quoted with another vendor for the plan i requested. I am very upset with Fetch and would not recommend them to any one.
