Started Off Great, Now a Complete Scam
We had embrace for years. We moved cities and they changed our premium by over $200. We have been previously approved for Physical Therapy for our dog with hip problems and they have now changed the policy so that you have to be in a building with a vet. They have done everything in their power to remove benefits, refuse claims and continue to increase the prices.

Pet's Best is THE BEST!!
"I am delighted with Pet's Best. I trust that claims will be paid, and they are. It is very easy to upload them online, and they let me know they received them and payment comes quickly. I have had many other plans but none were as easy and responsive as this company. Noi hidden fees or deductions.
Watch out
Be careful. If you're pet had an itch prior to getting insurance, they will deny any claim you submit for your pets condition if one of the symptoms was an itch. Doesn't matter the condition or disease, your not getting paid!
Helping me, help my best friend
Getting a Pets Best insurance policy on our puppy when we got her has been one of the best decisions we made. It has helped us be able to provide outstanding vet care for her despite trying times. Having this policy on her allows us to let her live life to the fullest without extra worry about how we would pay for a surgery should the need arise.
Very disappointed
I have had Manypets for over 3 years and never really had any issues. As of the end of 2024, they informed me that all US accounts were being changed to Odie Pet Insurance. Odie is a terrible scam of a company who takes money but does not review or reimburse claims. I am writing this review to Manypets because Odie is not available to be reviewed but also because I am very unhappy that I was forced to use this company and they are causing me very large debts. Neither company is helping me in any way.
