I have been quite pleased with Embrace
I have been quite pleased with Embrace. Having adopted a 12 year old rescue cat and not knowing what might develop, I’m glad I opted for insurance. Claims for the chronic conditions that revealed themselves over time have been processed rather promptly. My goal is to keep my boy healthy, happy, and loved for the time that I may have him and frequent vet visits are less worrisome knowing his care will be covered. When I need to connect with an Agent (sometimes challenging) I have found them all super friendly and helpful. Overall, happy!

The first claim was handled very quickly. Still waiting to hear on the follow-up visit claum(medical records for that visit were included in the original envelope with all of the other records). My only concern was that not everyone is computer savvy. There should be an easier way to submit medical records, it took me a long time to get an address to mail them to. It would be nice if Fetch would request medical records from the appropriate hospitals. I am hoping not to have to use Fetch again, but I will submit a form of direct deposit for future reimbursements.
