"I absolutely love Pets Best! Customer service is always helpful and kind and well informed. My dog (Benny) tore both ACLs in less than a year and both were paid for with no problems. Just recently, Benny wouldn't eat and something was clearly wrong. I rushed him to the vet and how I was going to pay for his treatment wasn't something I had to worry about and that meant everything to me. It turns out he most likely had giardia, and he's now fine, but it could have been much worse and I know Pets Best would have been there for me. I know I can provide Benny with the best care possible. Thank you for that peace of mind!"

I cannot express how incredibly grateful my family is to Healthy Paws. Our beloved dog needed multiple surgeries, and each time our insurance claims were quickly processed without question. Claim process easier than expected
This was the first time we submitted any claims for our dog and I was nervous about how much work it would require, how fast it would be reviewed, how much back and forth would occur and timeliness of payment. The portal made it really easy, I just scanned all documents, uploaded and within days had a response about what was included and what wasn't. There were no surprises, and the payment was issued.

Reasonably Priced, Life-Saver
I went looking for pet insurance when my mom had to take my sweet 9 y.o fur baby to the vet for another FLUTD flare-up. Seeing how it cost her hundreds of dollars out-of-pocket and set her back with other bills, I know I didn’t want that to be me when I moved out with Mr. Meowgi. Thankfully, the same month I moved out his vet noticed at his general exam that he had a significant double ear infection. If it wasn’t for Spot I wouldn’t know what to do with my sweet old man, and I’m sure he’d be much worse off or have crossed the rainbow bridge by now. He’s still receiving treatment almost 6 months later because we found out he has two huge earwax plugs in his ears causing his recurring infections, and Spot has been giving us a significant reimbursement for each of his appointments and medications. I don’t think I could ask for anything more. Spot has been absolutely life-changing and I recommend it to anyone who’s looking to get a pet or just brought a new fur baby at home. It’s a bit pricier to get a plan for an older pet, but if you start their coverage while they’re young you save money in the long run and you’ll never regret it!
