Wonderful experience
During such a stressful time for our pet, knowing that our expenses for her care were covered by Spot was such a relief. The payment of claims was quick and customer service were incredibly kind and informative. I cannot recommend Spot Pet Insurance enough!

It is very easy to submit a claim using the Figo app. When the claim is completed, you receive a full breakdown of cost and a detailed explanation of all adjustments.

Surprised & totally impressed
I've never had pet insurance before because it sounded like a hoax. (Let's be honest, even our own health insurance is quite a joke). On a Doberman group I follow on facebook, many people highly recommend pet insurance and on a whim I decided I'd give it a whirl. Holy crap, am I thankful. My 5 month old boy ate a bunch of things he shouldn't have and needed emergency surgery to get the things out of his digestive tract. This happened yesterday, I filed the claim today and it was paid TODAY!! This pet insurance was the best gamble I've ever taken and I will forever sing the praises of Prudent Pet Insurance. Thank you so much for covering 90% of a very large vet bill. Prudent Pet insurance kept me from being a "lady of the night" lol. but seriously- they provided immeasureable relief for me & my furbaby
