Consistently Bringing Ease to Me & Kitty I have had Pets Best for two pets now and it has made caring for my fur-babies infinitely easier. I feel at ease when emergencies / new illnesses occur because I know I have the kind of pet insurance that follows through when it matters most. I cannot thank Pets Best enough for helping me through one of my cat's cancer and even covering end of life services. The least I can do is share my experience in return. The process is easy. They shoulder the burden of verification and have an amazing system established, so their customers can focus on their pet's needs rather intense bureaucratic hoops. They are quick at streamlining claims so that you receive funds surprisingly fast. I am sure most of their customers are simply grateful they exist.

It’s all about money and not about the pet owners like I have always said and I will continue to say so. This is why I’m not keeping it. The company is making money, not losing money with the pet owners. I would not recommend Embrace to anyone.

It's expensive but very good service
It's expensive, and rates have been raised recently by quite a bit. Having said that, when you need insurance, you need it. I am extremely grateful for the ease of filing claims and the prompt service by Embrace. They are simply the best. I look at it as prepaying for services, honestly. When cats really need help, Embrace is there.

Lightning fast processing/payout
I submitted a claim at 3am after getting home from a very stressful emergency visit with my pup for sudden seizures. Took me about 3 minutes to submit my claim via the app, including uploading a screenshot of my paid, itemized bill. Visit was 1/27, claim submitted 3am 1/28, claim paid out 1/29. Funds took about a week to hit my bank account, but that’s not a PB issue. I’ve had monthlong waits in the past, so this was an extremely welcome surprise during a brutal time for our family. Great company. I’ve recommended them to everyone who will listen! I’ll never again be faced with choosing between getting the care my pets need or passing because I can’t afford it. There’s so much peace knowing that.

I have 2 Labradors insured by Fetch…
I have 2 Labradors insured by Fetch since they were puppies. They were evaluated for hip & joint problems by vet per requested by Fetch to wave a 1 year waiting period on hip problems. They have had their checkups with the same vet practice & are in excellent health. The have increased my annual premiums by double over the last 3 years for my one dog who is now 8 & the other dog who is 6 I just got her renewal & they have almost doubled that. They offer a lower premium by suggesting you lower your annual payout & increase your deductible which amounts to $10 to $12 a month. I did this with the older of the 2 when he 6 years old & the next year they increased my premium back higher again. I contacted Fetch today & offered the same solution which I refused . They are saying it’s the breed & age but I have contacted another person who I recommended Fetch too & the same reason is being given to her for the increase in her premiums. Her dog is a small breed mixed breed part Papion . She has never filed a claim & has had her policy less than mine . Fetch is increasing our policies for other dogs health problems. I do not mind & expect increases in premiums but not at the amounts they are inflicting on their insured. I wonder if they are trying to price you out so you can no longer afford your policy after they have collected premiums for years with no serious claims or any claims at all.
