I am so happy that I chose Fetch Pet Insurance for my puppy! Claims are paid in a timely manner (with emailed updates). The Explanation of Benefits forms they supply for each claim are accurate and easy to read. Whenever I have had to call with a question, every Customer Service Representative has been awesome! Very knowledgeable, polite and patient. I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars!

Response to claim was quick, but not efficient
Response to claim was quick, but I had to submit twice due to prepayment for one test. I understand the service was not yet rendered, but I wouldn't have paid if I did not intend to drop off the sample. Why make me submit twice... the amount was paid.

Gloria - my customer agent, is truly amazing. I am so impressed & above all GRATEFUL for Gloria. Her attention to detail & thoroughness when reviewing claims is 2nd to none. She is so responsive and follows up with you (When promised!), troubleshoots, and explain why certain claims are taking longer than others. She is persistent in helping her clients get answers on their claims. She also follows up with the vet or myself in order to get these claims settled. I have 4 big dogs and there are multiple claims to follow up on! GLORIA - Is the reason I am staying with MetLife. I almost dropped my policies in August 2024. It was so bad, and was about to cancel my policies. I had such awful experiences with other agents (no follow up, no responses, no attention detail or wrong feedback regarding claims, winging it to get you off the phone. With this many dogs, submittal of multiple claims coming from different providers, same invoice with multiple dogs on it - becomes complex & extremely confusing. BEST OF ALL SHE CARES - puts herself in the customer shoes. Prior to Gloria - this is what I would deal with: I had been a loyal customer for a coupe of years now, and by August 2024 was minutes away from cancelling my policies. It was SO bad - I had multiple claims open totaling almost $8K. I would call regularly, rehash my story goodness knows how many times, NO ONE provided me with answer on why these claims, same statement “We are experiencing other than normal volume” “We had a glitch in the system, you need to resubmit (basically start the process all over again) - this would go on for weeks. Every time I called, I would have to rehash my story until I was blue in the face. The frustration, lack of overview, or caring was the worst - the feeling of complete helplessness and at the mercy of one incompetent agent after another, is something I hope no one goes through.
