I like easy when it comes to searching and retrieving info. It was easy to add my fur balls to a new plan; however, you cannot remove a pet who has died. You have to call to do that.

embrace is always clear and prompt with my claims. recently unexpectedly we lost one of out babies. I called to remove her from insurance. the lady I talked to was amazing,personable and sympathetic to my situation. she made it easy.
