My husband and I were questioning keeping pet insurance and our dog started having seizures. Apollo was diagnosed with EPI last July. It was a scary couple months from when he first started getting sick to when he was diagnosed. It's still a difficult disease to manage, but Pets Best takes all the financial stress away. It absolutely no problem filing a claim for my pets wellness visit. I also carry emergency for my pet as well. I think the price is is reasonable I think the reimbursement is reasonable as well. Everything is super simple. I’m able to submit stuff through my phone to make it easier. Everything is told to you upfront. My pet insurance isn’t accepted through the vet so I have to submit the claim after I pay, which was stated ahead of time and I had no problem getting reimbursed super simple great experience..
