We have two rescued sisters. They are a cross between chocolate labs and Rottweiller. They are parvo survivors. They are also happy and VERY energetic. We have been clients of your company since the day we adopted each other. You helped pay for their spaying and thankfully all we've ever had to use you for was wellness visits and shots, but as energetic as Hoy Sum (Happy) and Fi Lo (Joy) are, we are very glad your are there should their energetic natures cause us to require more of you then we want. I've had plenty of experience with other companies and also Embrace. By far, Embrace is far superior. When my little mix Cindy got sick suddenly, I took here to the vet ER here and they had to keep her for 3 days! Probably something she ate at the beach, but she needed IV because of vomiting and she actually nearly died. I was able to put my mind at ease and let her have the best treatment without a second thought about cost. So many times, I have friends that comment on the cost of vet treatments while their precious ones are sick or injured. I am so glad I can give her my entire attention and let Embrace worry about the cost. Cindy is fine now and she tries to stay out of mischief but, after all she is a lively little girl so we really thank God for Embrace. They will be a part of our lives for a very long time. I also hope people check out the preventative care deal. Pay ahead and get a discount for that too! How great is that. We love you Embrace!!

Our cat, Linus and his sister, Bella, have been covered by Embrace since we got them as 2 month old kittens. All claims have been handled promptly and courteously. Whenever we or our vet have had a question we have called and everyone who has answered the phone has gone above and beyond to get us the answer to our problem. Our vet, who we have had for over 30 years, told us that Embrace is one of the very best, if not the best pet insurance plans on the market. Service and payment have been fantastic.

We adopted a puppy in November, 2012. Our daughter recommended Embrace since she has had it for her two dogs for a couple of years. I checked reviews online and liked what I saw. I called Embrace and the insurance went into effect the day we got our dog. She's had two vet visits for vaccinations and microchopping so far and both were paid within a few days of faxing the insurance forms to Embrace. In addition, an email notified us that the forms were received and being processed. Since claims may also be checked online, I saw each was completed and a check was on the way. Checks arrived, and we were reimbursed as promised. We have been Embrace customers for a little over a month, and if the service we have received so far is any indication of future service, then we chose a wonderful company. Thank you, Embrace!

We adopted Honey DeLune in January 2011 at a "mega-adoption" event in CT. She was from a Georgia shelter and tested HW negative at the time of adoption. When she was tested again in January 2012 at her annual exam, she came back positive, even though we had been religious about giving her HW preventative and live in an area where HW is not common. Since HW can take up to 6 months to show up on tests, we believe she was infected right before coming to live with us. Regardless, we wanted to get Honey treated asap to prevent damage to her lungs/heart. The fast-kill treatment cost with our vet was fair, but not cheap - close to $600. In addition, the treatment was very inconvenient for Honey because her activity had to be heavily limited for 8 weeks and she is so playful and athletic. This claim took much longer (maybe 8 weeks?) to be processed than others we have filed with Embrace, but I owe that to the fact that Embrace does their homework to ensure that the claim is legitimate and that they pay for all that they should. I appreciate this because fraudulent claims will make the rates go up for everyone, and those of us who do play by the rules will come out with what we deserve anyway. After providing the necessary documentation and performing the necessary invesitgations, Embrace covered everything they said they would and helped us stay focused on doing what was best and right for Honey.
