Customer service was great
Customer service was great. I called to verify if the service my dog needed would be covered, given it was dental surgery. I would have been happy either way because I was able to get a good clear answer..... it was covered. The claim process after the fact was fairly easy and smooth. I couldn't be more happy with it.

My dog was born with bad hind legs problem. He was living in pain. We had insurance through petsbest which worked perfectly. We were able to pay for his operation. Now he is dealing with a spinal problem and hind legs problems and petsbest is still our number one insurance. Our claims have been reviewed without a problem.
