Easy and seamless
Had this insurance for many years without needing to use it. Dome emergency issues came up recently and it was really easy. I uploaded receipts and records in the app, they contacted my vets for anything else they needed, and claims were approved within a couple days. Very relieved to have the financial support from them with zero fighting over benefits, confusion, or delay.

Pets Best Provides Stress Relief
I adopted a 3 year old large breed dog 5 years ago and I chose Pets Best Insurance after careful research. I have been more than satisfied with the ease of completing a claim, the clarity of explanation of benefits and the ease of receiving payment. As my dog ages she needs more and more healthcare and I am confident every time we go into the veterinarian office because I know I have the financial support from Pets Best. Such a stress relief for the family!

My experience with Pets Best
This year we were notified of my dog's heart condition. I'm incredibly grateful to have Pets Best for Buddy's health needs. Knowing that I didn't had to worry about the cost of his veterinary care. Because of their help, Buddy received necessary treatment and care, which provided us with an additional six months with him before his passing. This insurance went above and beyond, and they are highly recommended to any pet owner.

Healthy paws has been amazing for us on more than one occasion. Our dog has epilepsy and it covers his prescription costs which is HUGE. He also recently had surgery on his knee which was also covered under our plan. I don’t know where we would be without this insurance.

We need more Eric’s in the world
Eric was wonderful and helped me pick out the right policy for my parrot. He explained the coverage and all of the benefits of being with Nationwide and protecting our new family member! We need more Eric’s in the world. He also took a moment to connect with me, let me know a little about him while giving so much information about me. 90/10 policy not really 90/10
I jave a 90/10 policy but the first time I ever had to use this for an emergency out of my 636 dollar vet bill I had to pay 432. Thought it would be lower. The only good thing I can say is my vet uses Trupanion and th bill was paid at the vet right after release of my dog. That part was easy
